Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and increasing the company’s revenue.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to develop strategies for generating revenue
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to represent the company and generate leads
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals
• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively sell products and services to clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as required
