Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Key Skills required for Handling customers from US, UK, Canada or Australia in English.
- Excellent communication skills required for better understanding of the customer needs and to provide best possible resolution.
- Should be able to maintain average AHT(Average Handling Time) to achieve required Quality.
Desired Candidate Profile –
- Candidate should be with excellent spoken and written English, Should have basic computer knowledge and should be able to navigate between different applications on a windows computer.
- The Candidate should be flexible in 24/7 working environment.
- Candidate should be ready to relocate as per business requirements.
- Candidate should be flexible and ready for paid Overtime as per business Requirements.
