- Experience in Travel / Tourism preferred

Shift Timings
- 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (day shift)
- 8:00 pm – 5:00 pm (night shift)
- Weekly Working Days 6 Days, Off Days: SUN
- Note: Rotational Offs and Rotational Shifts
Job Description
As a customer experience executive, you will be responsible for
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, issues, and requests and maintain a strict SLA for replies
- Deep dive into actual issues/concerns raised by users and liaise with internal teams to find a resolution
- Be able to work across multiple channels to communicate with customers and handle queries via chats
Salary & Compensation
- ₹17,000 to ₹23,000 (monthly) + Incentives + PF & ESIC + Incentives
