Job Summary

The Inside Sales associate is responsible for creating campaigns/ fundraisers for the people who are in need and of assistance. He/she will be the first POC for these customers in raising the funds, in clarifying the doubts, and providing prompt assistance.

  • J P Nagar, Bengaluru (5 Openings)

Shift Timings

  • 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (day shift) Weekly Working Days 5
  • Note:2 days week off

Education

  • 12th pass mandatory

Experience

  • 1 yr to 2 yrs of experience in calling profile mandatory

Age: 21 – 35 yrs

Gender: Male mandatory

Communication

  • Good English skills – Ability to Speak, Read & Write
  • Good Hindi skills – Ability to Speak
  • Good Kannada skills – Ability to Speak

Salary & Compensation

  • ₹20,000 to ₹25.0 K (monthly) +Performance Based Incentives +Reimbursements

Job Description of Inside Sales Executive

  1. Minimum 60/70 calls in a day (depends according to the handling time and connectivity of the calls)
    Campaign/ Fundraisers creations (Target Based)
  2. Assistance in raising the funds for such created campaigns (Target Based)
    Daily activities (Meetings & Discussions)
  3. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  4. Understanding customers’ needs and helping accordingly.
  5. Answering potential customers’ questions and sharing additional information.
    Closing and achieving targets.
