Job Summary
The Inside Sales associate is responsible for creating campaigns/ fundraisers for the people who are in need and of assistance. He/she will be the first POC for these customers in raising the funds, in clarifying the doubts, and providing prompt assistance.

Shift Timings
- 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (day shift) Weekly Working Days 5
- Note:2 days week off
Education
- 12th pass mandatory
Experience
- 1 yr to 2 yrs of experience in calling profile mandatory
Age: 21 – 35 yrs
Gender: Male mandatory
Communication
- Good English skills – Ability to Speak, Read & Write
- Good Hindi skills – Ability to Speak
- Good Kannada skills – Ability to Speak
Salary & Compensation
- ₹20,000 to ₹25.0 K (monthly) +Performance Based Incentives +Reimbursements
Job Description of Inside Sales Executive
- Minimum 60/70 calls in a day (depends according to the handling time and connectivity of the calls)
Campaign/ Fundraisers creations (Target Based) - Assistance in raising the funds for such created campaigns (Target Based)
Daily activities (Meetings & Discussions) - Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers’ needs and helping accordingly.
- Answering potential customers’ questions and sharing additional information.
Closing and achieving targets.
