Candidate Requirements

Qualification Required: 12th pass mandatory

Experience: Fresher to 3 yrs of experience as Telemarketing mandatory

Age Criteria: 22 – 30 yrs age only

Nature of Job:  Office

Candidates having tele sales experience in financial products like loan, credit cards etc, timeshare, banking products will be preferred.

Skills: Should possess sound knowledge about the local market and local language.

Communication

Good English skills – Ability to Speak, Read & Write
Excellent Hindi skills – Ability to Speak

Location: Delhi Moti Nagar

Shift Timings

9:00 am – 6:00 pm (day shift) & 6 days Working in a week

Telemarketing Executive Job Description

1. Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.
2. To fix up appointments with prospective customers.
3. Ensure that the maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.
4. Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.
5. Retention percentage should be monitored on a regular basis.
6. Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.

Salary & Compensation

₹15,000 to ₹19,500 (monthly) + Incentives + PF & ESIC
